Rhonda’s Famous Spicy Mango Chutney

Spicy Mango Chutney in a bowl

Yield: 10 jars (375g) | Prep: 30 mins | Cook: 1.5 hrs

Ingredients

Method

Step 1

Boil all ingredients except mangoes for 20–30 mins.

Step 2

Add 2kg mangoes. Simmer uncovered, stir every 5 mins, for 1 hr.

Step 3

Season with salt. Add 500g mangoes + sliced chillies. Cook 30 mins.

Step 4

Bottle hot. Ensure chunks and chillies are visible.
